“I’ve tried many diets and apps, and none have come close to helping me as much as the personalised coaching Daniel offers.
The interactions I had with my appointed ‘coach’ using things like Noom almost felt like I was talking to a bot and I lost interest in those interactions because I never really got any specific guidance out of the Coach.
I’m quite needy and like lots of feedback and guidance which is exactly what Daniel offered me.
His coaching has been so specific and bespoke, that even though I’ve never heard his voice, I’ve never once felt like I’m talking to a bot or that I’m just a number he needs to check off his to-do list.
He sets me tasks, exercises, and honestly looks after me like no one else has. I don’t know how he does it!”

“I’ve found Daniel’s coaching style to be wise, open, and truly supportive. What makes his approach so different is that it’s helping me to deal with ‘Why’ I eat, and the What/When/How is changing as a result.
By helping me understand some of the unconscious things going on in my brain, and giving me day-to-day tools to continue the process on my own, I am happy, relieved, and grateful to say, I actually left a plate of cake half- eaten at a family gathering.
This is something that NEVER would have happened before.”
Not only am I feeling more in control around food, I see myself becoming a better mother, wife, and boss in the process. I can’t recommend Daniel and his approach highly enough.”

I’ll Let You Into A Little Secret…If You’re Still Stuck On The Fence, I Want You To Ask Yourself Whether You’re Making These FOUR Crucial Eating Mistakes…
You Believe Eating Is Always Synonymous With Weight Loss
The instinctual response to fixing harmful eating habits is to start a new ‘diet’, with the intention of losing weight or changing body composition.
When weight or fat loss becomes the primary goal – with ‘emotional’ or ‘mindful’ eating masquerading as a pivotal reason for change – people actually end up in a worse position, often exacerbating the very same issues they attempted to solve in the first place.
Unsustainable and unhealthy dieting tactics fuel feelings of deprivation, an unhealthy preoccupation with food, a negligence to the pertinent emotions at play, and, ultimately, failure.
The aim is to work on the relevant mechanisms and tactics to accept and manage your emotions without letting weight loss drive your motivations or decision-making.
Do you still feel the need to diet to fix your emotional eating issues?
You Only Attempt Surface Level Solutions
Identifying triggers, changing an environment, or reducing stress works, up to a certain point.
Beyond that, people are left to their own devices.
And, often, they’re not armed with the requisite methods to display emotional tolerance when they’re enraged, or deal with certain urges and cravings in an evening, or address their deep-rooted triggers.
Conquering ‘normal eating’ takes time and patience to practice confronting emotionally charged situations, not just putting a plaster over a broken leg.
And without the right underlying mechanisms to hand, people are left wondering why they keep returning to the fridge at certain points throughout their week.
Do you wonder why you never actually make any breakthroughs with your eating?
You Only Focus On What You Can and Can’t Eat
The quality of food you consume matters, of course.
However, fixating on whether you’re allowed ice cream or why you should be swapping your pasta for cauliflower rice or how many grams of sweet potato you should be having is undeniably a huge waste of your time.
When you ignore the reasons behind why you want to eat, you miss out on a large piece of the puzzle.
When you can focus on deciphering your eating triggers, how you deal with uncomfortable emotions, what your other lifestyle habits are like, and the true reasons behind your impulses and urges, you start to eat the ice cream and snacks without worrying whether you’ve blown it.
Do you wish you could eat something and know that it’s OK to do so?
You Avoid Working On Proper Eating Strategies
A shiny new diet that tells you to ‘eat this’ and only ‘eat at that time’ seems exciting.
Unfortunately, this is exactly why you’ve failed before.
You can’t ride a bike without learning to ride a bike, nor can you gain a qualification without putting in the work to achieve the qualification.
Similarly, you can’t improve your eating behaviours if you don’t attempt to improve your eating behaviours.
It may seem like a simple rule, but when was the last time you sat down and practiced sitting with an uncomfortable emotion, or worked through a self-compassion task, or finally understood how to validate a feeling?
Hoping to start a new diet or watch an Instagram reel without taking action will never help you make those crucial developments you desire.
Which is exactly why you need access to ALL the eating skills, activities, and exercises I provide my clients.
Why Am I The Right Fit For You?
Online nutrition coaching isn’t just about shoving someone on the lowest calorie diet you can find, giving them a list of foods they can and can’t eat, and berating them into change.
Which is exactly why I can help you.
I’m not solely focused on the what of eating, but the why of eating.
And, having helped hundreds of people just like you over my 12 years of online nutrition coaching, I get what it’s like to experience those cravings, succumb to that emotional eating, feel frustrated with a lack of progress, and, ultimately, want more.
I’ve written books, hundreds of articles, thousands of social media posts, and have immersed myself in the world of nutrition so I can be in the best possible position to help you overcome your struggles.
Let me help you and you’ll not only get the best coaching available but have a friend you can lean on for support, guidance, and advice at any point.
Forget the apps and websites that leave you to your own devices and acquire the help of someone who cares.
“Daniel was always positive, exceptional to work with and his methods are backed by science and highly efficacious.
I noticed considerable shifts in my outlook on food and now have the ability to recognise when I’m eating out of emotion and when I’m truly hungry. I learned so much from his very long check-ins! And found each email he sent a real nugget of wisdom.
It was wonderful working with him, and would recommend him to anyone!”
